SMP – SIMPROLIT FINE RIBBED FLOOR CEILING

SIMPROLIT SMP FLOOR PLATE CONSISTS OF:
Lower SOP(d1) Simprolit single-layer plates volume weight of 180 kg/m3, which are arranged over carefully arranged slatted formwork on
the supports Standard thickness is 4,0-5,0 cm. With the SMP-G floor plate as a ceiling of the underground garage in the building, applies
min. SOP10 plate (10cm), which has not only thermo-insulating but also fire protection properties (EI-120 certificate, fire resistance of
120 minutes at a temperature of up to 1.180 K).
Simprolit ribs with a volume weight of 160 kg/m , dimension: width of Simprolit rib, as elements of the fill, by constructive adhesive on the

site temporarily fixed to the bottom SOP(d1) plates with inter-spacing – „channel“ for mounting reinforcement and concreting RC
(reinforced concrete) ribs, thus forming permanently embedded formwork for a small ribbed ceiling. The width and height of Simprolit ribs
and channels for RC ribs are determined by a static calculation Standard dimensions are: widths of Simprolit ribs 20,0 – 25,0cm, heights
18,0 - 32,0cm. The standard length of the ribs is 2,4m, which are continued on the spot and are easily cut off by a simple saw and cut into
the projected dimension. The so-formed „channels“ between Simprolit ribs are reinforced and concreted in everything according to static
calculation. The usual widths of „channels“ for mounting reinforcement and forming of RC ribs are 9,0cm – 12,0cm
Reinforce-concreted plates casted over the ribs, which, apart from participating in the bearing capacity of the floor plate, have the function
of achieving the horizontal rigidity of the object, necessary for the transmission of horizontal seismic forces. The thickness of this
„pressed“plate is determined by a static calculation (the standard thicknesses are usually about 1/10 – 1/12 of range), and its
reinforcement according to the regulation on the construction of buildings in seismic area – min. ø6/25 in both directions. The concrete
class is determined by a static calculation, depending on the range and load.

ADVANTAGES OF SIMPROLIT SMP FLOOR PLATES: Simprolit floor plates only have thermal insulation „from below“,
